Minus Alarm is a calendar-based alarm app that lets you skip only the dates you need—without turning alarms off. Perfect for PTO (time off), business travel, rotating shifts, or switching daycare drop-off days. One-tap Skip and instant Unskip keep your routine intact. Plan alarms by date on a calendar, use date ranges for trips or projects, and (Premium) sync your calendar to view events (holidays, trips, meetings) alongside your alarms + manage group alarms for shift patterns.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Minus Alarm because the “toggle alarms on/off” workflow breaks the moment your life isn’t perfectly repetitive.

PTO (time off), business trips, rotating shifts, or even switching daycare drop-off days create the same problem: you turn alarms off “just for a while”… and then you have to remember to turn them back on (usually the night before). It’s annoying—and risky.

Minus Alarm flips the model:
• Skip only specific dates (one-tap Skip, instant Unskip)
• Manage alarms by date on a calendar
• Date-range alarms for trips/projects that automatically end
• Premium: sync your calendar to view events (holidays/trips/meetings) alongside your alarms + group alarms for shift patterns

• built with the latest iOS AlarmKit to help important alarms run more reliably(Rings like Native Alarm App)

I’d love your feedback:
1) Do you ever wish alarms worked like a calendar — so you could skip only the exact dates you need, instead of toggling everything on/off?
2) Is “turning alarms on/off and remembering to restore them” a real pain for you, or not really?(Travel/PTO/shifts)
3) What would make a calendar-based alarm a must-have?

Thanks for checking it out! 🙏

I’m offering 1 month of Premium free — first 300 redemptions. Valid until Feb 28, 2026.
