Merrily is the customer intelligence layer for B2B software teams. It reads every signal across every account (conversations, meetings, product events, invoices, contracts) from the tools you already run, scores who's slipping and who's ready to grow, and briefs your team before every call with the evidence attached. It then serves that same live context to Claude and any AI agent through the Merrily MCP. Catch churn early, protect renewals, surface expansion.

the per-account dashboard breaking risk into separate dimensions instead of one blended score is the right call. curious what happens when they actively disagree though - like adoption is climbing because usage keeps growing, but sentiment is sliding because the champion's gone quiet and support tickets are getting reopened. does the CSM brief surface that tension explicitly ("usage up, relationship cooling") or does it collapse into one composite risk number that ends up hiding the more urgent signal underneath a decent-looking average
@galdayan we flag both risks and opportunities with explicit actions a CSM should take on each. for the example you mentioned, it would flag the increased usage as an upsell opportunity and then quiet champion as a risk.
when it comes to lead scoring, risks often supersede anything else though. a champion going dark is an extreme risk signal that needs to be addresses ASAP!
@sam_merrily that makes sense as a priority rule for the CSM's next move, risk should win the "what do I do first" question. just don't want the upsell opportunity to get buried entirely once risk takes the top slot - the champion going quiet is urgent, but the usage growth is still real information a renewal conversation would want to use, even if it's not this week's fire
Curious how you handle data privacy when pulling in invoices and contracts from systems like NetSuite or Salesforce. Do customers get to control which fields get ingested, or is it an all-or-nothing sync right now?
@fatmasavluhstl yes you have full control of what data syncs into Merrily
finally tried this and the pre-call brief thing is genuinely useful, mine actually pulled up a contract renewal window i would have missed. curious how it handles noisy tools like slack.
@smailryet it filters out all of the noise and produces a clean dataset of only signal
One thing I'd love to see is a Slack channel digest mode, like a weekly recap that drops into a specific channel summarizing which accounts are heating up or cooling off across the whole book. Right now the briefings feel per call, but sometimes I just want a Monday morning view without opening the app.
@kumsalmnyj we have that!
One thing I'd love to see is a simple weekly digest email that summarizes the top churn risks and expansion opportunities across our book, so account managers who aren't logging into the app daily still know where to focus that week.
Pulled all our scattered account signals into one place and the pre-call briefs actually feel useful, not just a CRM summary dump. The MCP handoff to Claude is the part that made me go back for a second look.
