Hi PH! 👋 In October last year, Meetup announced a new $2 RSVP pricing test - which really struck me the wrong way. As a Meetup host, I wanted to keep my group free for members, so I started MeetingPlace.io to give my group a new home that would never charge members a fee to attend free events. With over 100 groups live already, I'm happy to now officially launch MeetingPlace.io to the world! 🎉 Meetups helped me grow a lot as a software developer, and I really believe they provide a ton of value to the world. I hope MeetingPlace can be a place where groups find a new home - and I'm excited to grow it together with them.
