MeetingNPS is a simple and noninvasive app that lets you anonymously rate your meetings. Collect highly actionable data to promote valuable meetings and eliminate the ones that destroy morale.

Sounds great! Can think of a ton of meetings I was in where this would have been useful. I take it everyone in a given meeting should install the plugin for it to work. Only tricky area is the anonymity -- esp. in smaller teams, <10. Managers (or others running the meetings) who are comfortable with getting candid feedback are good, others less so. What's your view?
@kirank5a thank you! For companies with less open culture we will only show ratings when a.) enough users rate a meeting (usually it is 6 ratings) or b.) it is a recurring meeting and ratings accumulate over time for at least 3 occurrences.
Would you say this makes sense?

@kasia_kazior -- Yep, makes sense, but only if they first adopt this: I assume you want your initial set of teams to be the ones with an open culture. By design, the teams that decide to adopt/install the plugin are ones with an open culture. The rest will suffer pointless meetings :)
Hi Hunters
I am excited to share meetingNPS - a plug’n’play tool that has helped our team perform at its best.
Our app tracks the leading indicator of all team success - meetingNPS, derived from the proven NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodology used to monitor Customer Satisfaction.
And we brought it to the teamwork level.
The idea behind it is straightforward:
An entire business can be dramatically improved by making small, yet systematic, improvements at its very core - team meetings.
Almost all of the teams we interviewed attempted to improve their meetings...and failed to keep it up.
They slowly lost motivation because they could not see their progress.
MeetingNPS keeps this momentum strong by making progress trackable.
It is this missing link in making the progress last.
How does it work?
After each meeting participants get a browser prompt with one simple question:
“How much value did this meeting create?” (scaled 0-10)
You can also skip rating a meeting. This is also an important datapoint!
This one-click input becomes a seamless habit.
Even more so because after 1-2 weeks you start getting the rewards:
Voice of every team member gets actually heard
Release the inherent wisdom of your team
Entire team starts moving towards real value creation
Each workday ends with a sense of improvement
meetingNPS is the fundamental business KPI
Think of meetingNPS as a built-in compass of whether the team is headed in the right direction.
It provides you with the most primary of all business metrics (how the team actually creates business value). With this KPI you get a foundation to discuss openly and decide to act and allocate efforts based on data.
I encourage you to implement it for 30 days (free) and see the results.
Please tell us what you think 🙏

No doubts there are many problems with meetings that we can work on. Happy to see an implementation for the final YES. When will you launch?

Simplicity is the key and that's what I see in meetingNPS - on one hand it's clear and easy from logic, yet powerful, giving lots of actionable insights. I keep my fingers crossed for fuurther development and growth!
@kazik435 We did our best to make it intuitive and easy to use, as well customizable so everyone can use its insights however they want. Thanks for your trust 😊

I love how quick and simple it looks. Last thing I want to do after a meeting is a lot of extra work. Congrats on the launch!
@cynthia_ahr That's the kind of feedback we can easily take :). Thank you!

on this, @kasia_kazior -- is there a way to get meetingNPS to work proactively? Voting whether to meet in the first place, so the meetings that can be done via email, will get done so without getting harsh feedback.
@kirank5a this is an interesting point. As of now, we have designed mNPS to follow your calendar (i.e. ask for rating of stuff that already is there). But it makes total sense to add a proactive rating, as a next step. Thanks for bringing this up!

@kasia_kazior -- ya, I meant the invite would still go out and so your plugin can consume it, except, it'll collect views soon as it is added to the calendar instead of waiting till the time the meeting happens/ends. Imagine getting 4/6 folks voting a meeting unwarranted and I can cancel it.
