The real unlock was the 3-stage approach: statistics first, velocity gate second, AI only when the signal is already strong. It sounds obvious in retrospect. But most tools do it backwards — they throw AI at everything and let you deal with the noise.

Once it worked, we looked at it and asked: why would we keep this internal?

Yes, WorldMonitor exists and it's genuinely impressive. But most people who clone it never get it running. The setup is painful. We know because we've been there.
