Matissse is a time-saving tool for generating multiple versions of the same design. Ideal for creating business cards, invitations, certificates, social media content, and designs with minimal text changes.

Great product! At first, I thought it is a normal design product as many were available in the market but when I explored I came to know that you can customize multiple designs by just importing Excel and that is awesome.
Hello, PH community.
I'm Alex, the creator of Matissse. I'm super excited to share an early version of Matissse, the tool that allows you to create hundreds of designs in minutes.
I built a graphic editor that addresses a common issue in graphic content creation: Creating graphic content can consume a lot of time, energy, and resources. You'd spend a lot of time editing and doing repetitive manual work (changing text mainly).
The Matissse workflow has four steps:
- Create your template using the graphic editor. Drag and drop elements, adjust colors and fonts, upload your assets, etc.
- Add your data. You can copy and paste your data from an existing spreadsheet or a table in a ChatGPT conversation.
- Connect your data to your template. In this step, you establish which information will change in your template.
- Generate your designs. You can edit your designs and download them all.
If you want more detailed information, you can check this blog entry with a step-by-step guide.

Although the tool it's still at a pretty early stage, I want to launch it early to get data and improve the product with your feedback.
Looking forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions, you can ask me.
Let me know any feedback you have by responding to this survey . It takes no more than 5 minutes.

Never saw a tool that could do this. I have been there in the past, where this could have come in handy. I can imagine it being super useful as a plugin for Indesign.
@pwangszn Thanks!
Yes, the front end is built on React using the Next JS framework. And the canvas is created using the native canvas API from the browser.

Oh, that's fantastic! As a graphic designer heavily involved in branding, I truly appreciate the value of such a tool. Thank you! Another feature that would be incredibly cool is the ability to add custom mockups. This would provide designers with even more flexibility and creative freedom. It's a great suggestion that I believe would greatly enhance the overall user experience.
@torsten_p Thanks! I plan to integrate AI into the project. The plan is that you can prompt what design you want to create and Matissse will generate a custom template for you.

@alex_fuentes_c that ai based template generation sounds like like a cool idea! Both for your users to create their own templates, but also for you to create a massive template library.
