I do a mastermind with one close friend, and it makes a world of difference for me. This looks like a great resource for finding someone to push you, to keep you accountable, and to bounce ideas off of.

3% of MRR seems a bit steep, especially when you start dealing with ecom entrepreneurs who may use amazon FBA and only net 20 - 30% of their MRR. A cap would make sense there.
$2,500 for a $1m/yr company isn't totally bad if it's a one-time fee, but it'd be nice to know how many other folks are actually in that revenue range you can match with you'd obvious… See more

Great idea, we need more of this. Hard to find the right people at times. I have a small network of friends that do "mastermind" or Benjamin Franklin style Junto groups once every few weeks. I'll let them know.
