I built this after realizing how much money I wasted by trusting strategies I never properly tested. In my first year of trading, I relied on videos, indicators, and “proven setups” — but most of them only looked good in hindsight. When I tried to backtest them, the results were very different from what I expected. Most tools either felt too unrealistic or too complex, so I started building something simpler but more honest: a backtesting tool that behaves closer to live markets, with realistic candles and flexible timeframes.
