Promises the world.

Unfulfilled promises (but I did get my money back).

I subscribed to the Pro and the iterations took too long and weren't great so I cancelled within the Full Refund period and still haven't seen the refund on my credit card.

I'll update this every few days until on whether I get the refund or not.

UPDATE: I did receive my full refund.

Overall, if you have time and patience to get the design you want, this might be for you. But don't be fooled, as with all subscription design services, the initial designs are ones you find on AI generated logos. It takes lots of time and multiple iterations before you might get something that you want.

Hey Joshua, Robin here, co-founder. Sorry to hear this. You sent the request for a refund three days ago on JarHQ and we made a confirmation the same day that the refund would immediately be processed. It takes 5 to 10 days for Stripe to refund it. Please feel free to update me!

@vinrob UPDATE: Just wanted to post a quick update to let people know that we did eventually receive a full refund for our subscription. It took about a week to receive. So at least you know that if you try the service, you can actually get a refund if you're unhappy with the results. Thanks.

@vinrob @joshuapinter how did you cancel your subscription and got your money back? I didn't manage to find the functionality for it... My patience is over and it has cost me and my client too much time and money...

@joshuapinter @masidawoud Hey Masi, you can cancel normally on your dashboard. In your case, I have done it for you (my apologies if this was not clear). The money is also refunded by might take several days to appear on your card.
