We've built a CRM on the backend for the brands to talk directly with the consumer and also allow them to survey / poll them to learn more about what they like / love / don't like. Also the brands can take the data of who the shopper is, where they are shopping, what's in the basket, etc., to new retail buyers to show them that their brand / products will more than likely do well in their stores too. And, this is just the tip of the iceberg. The brands can more effectively and efficiently allocate their marketing dollars by using Makeena, etc.
