@nickfreiling i could suggest adding more detail at checkout: so it costs $1.75
but via what mail service is that sent (eg usps first class mail), do i get a tracking number? and how long should i expect it to take (dunno how long you guys take to process stuff)
@_jacksmith Almost all of those questions are answered on the website homepage. But the fact that you're bringing this up despite that means I need to take another look at that page, to make sure it's all clear.

@nickfreiling i can’t see any details about the tracking?
also meant how mailform says how long to expect it to take to arrive after dispatch. thanks
@yash_verma3 No. I realize probably 90% of the reason why someone snail mails something is because it's a document that can't be photocopied without losing some of its value. But this is for the last 10%, or for new uses (like non-US firms being able to inexpensively follow-up via USPS with their US sales prospects).
@mrahmadawais We've added pricing here, and also to our new video. Thanks for the suggestion.

Really cool idea! But people generally scan the document and send e-mail and rarely use traditional mailing. They prefer mailing to send original documents. Good luck!
@buse True. But MailThis is for those rare occasions when you do still have to send snail mail. It also creates a new opportunity to send snail mail more efficiently and for new reasons, whether or not you *need* to do it.

@nickfreiling After the document is uploaded it would be nice if there was a message e.g. "upload successful". At the end which is the only time someone sees the price it would be nice to have a button to "delete document" if someone chooses to not pursue paying for it.
@evomoore@_jacksmith That's true. Lob is great. What we're trying to do (right now) is make this user-friendly for people needing to send one document every so often. It's a whole other space building an API and syncing with direct marketing firms, CRMs, etc. I'm still thinking through our best angle here.

@evomoore@nickfreiling yeah - your product seems to be a totally different value proposition. that's why i was confused by so many people asking for an api, when lob.com already exists. for your use case, I normally use: https://www.mailform.io/ but will check out your site in the future
@evomoore@_jacksmith Mailform is a good product, but very expensive. The way I see it, the inconvenience of having to send snail mail is pretty low. Annoying, but not a huge deal. Most won't pay $7 just to send one letter, which is what Mailform costs for a 5-page color document. That costs just $1.75 with MailThis.

Well done on the launch. Clever idea how did you come up with it?
@patryk_golabek COVID-inspired, actually. Been stuck at home, but wanted to send snail mail. Had no envelopes or stamps. So I solved the problem with the tools I did have!
