Personally, I wasn’t able to continue my development sessions because my Mac kept crashing. I started researching the issue, and one of the main reasons is how macOS handles memory pressure. When the system runs low on RAM, it uses the internal SSD as swap memory (virtual memory). If there isn’t enough free disk space, performance drops significantly, and the system can become unstable or crash.
