M.io is a universal messaging network. Users of popular chat apps like Slack, Cisco Spark, and Atlassian Stride can use M.io to send each other direct messages and join cross-platform channels. M.io is the easiest way to chat with external vendors, partners and customers regardless of which chat app they use.
Cross channel conversations, less email, less chat apps to downloadCons:
Honestly, this product and team is so great that they will be acquired within a year. The product just works so well and reduces so much time. Super easy to use and amazing for topic conversations.

It just works. Been playing with it since early alpha.Cons:
Setup could be easier, but that depends on the various messaging providers, not M.io.
Reminds me of what Meebo was and could have been. Will help solve the problem of having so many damn Slack workspaces, and chatting with customers and clients in our case who all use different stuff. I also just want these guys to succeed because there should be a standard protocol for this stuff, a fabric across everything, just as with every other web utility (e.g. Jabber / XMPP etc.) — I'm sick of these siloed platform wars, the user always suffers.Josh Jones-Dilworth has used this product for one year.
