Lovedove

Lovedove started as a passion project to help me stay close to my girlfriend during our two years of long-distance. I had this vision of blending video calls with interactive, gamified experiences—something more meaningful than the usual FaceTime catch-ups. It struck a chord with the long-distance community, and I quickly realized I wasn’t alone. Thousands of couples used the website, but I recognized it could be so much more than it was. So I bunkered down and poured my blood, sweat, and tears into a relationship-building app that not only builds on what Lovedove was... but also aims to help millions of other couples who live near each other. The app focuses on gamifying relationship building. Users answer daily questions and unlock virtual dates as they grow closer to their partner. There’s so much more I’m excited to build—features to track your dates and adventures, new dates, etc. I’d love for you to come along for the journey.
