Hi! I built this app to help my own relationship. I wanted a simple, private way to remind myself to put a little effort into my marriage - to create a connection, or do something nice. In the hectic pace of daily life, that is often one of the first things you forget, and one of the most important things to sustain.
So, LYD sends customizable reminders to do that, each day. Once you feel good about it, just tap the big button to check in. The app keeps track of your check-ins, and can track streaks and custom goals. You can also keep a private journal with those check-ins, if you'd like to jot down your thoughts or preserve your reflections.
Everything is 100% privacy-focused. There's no accounts, no external servers, no analytics or tracking. Everything stays only on your device, or in your private iCloud Drive. The core functions are free; daily reminders, check-ins, tracking, journaling and manual data exports to your iCloud drive. LYD Plus is a one-time purchase that unlocks an Apple Watch app companion, more customization in the reminders, and automates your private iCloud backups.
