Lorino was born out of a personal need.
As our company grew, we faced challenges in maintaining a cohesive and engaged culture, especially during the pandemic when we all switched to remote work.
Emails, chats, and online meetings ensured that our projects were running smoothly, but they did little to help us feel connected on a human level.
And I myself felt detached from the company and our people.
That’s when I came up with the idea of Lorino, a simple and non-intrusive way to keep our team connected, informed, and inspired.

Lorino separates communication by Topics, where each can have its set of access rules, members and visibility. In other words, you can define which Topics can be public, and which should be hidden. On top of that you have the option of accessing a different workspace for additional separation.

What is the adoption rate of lorino among employees, how much does it take to get used to it?
Also, what company size you're targeting, or to put it in another words, after how many employees in the company you'd suggest starting using Lorino?

The adoption rate floats around ~90% thus far (this would in part depend on company type and employee structure), and the majority of employees gets used to it within the first two months after company-wide use.
Since Lorino is very flexible its usage is broad as well and can serve small teams from 30 people, up to much larger and more structured organizations.

It's also great to have training videos and other important things to read in one place for easy access. Can employees customize their news feed or receive personalized recommendations based on their interests or job roles?

There are feeds for official company notices, and total aggregated posts because the idea is to keep everyone up-to-date without missing out on relevant info. There are personalized Topics for private and specific subject oriented discussions though.
