We built Logcare after spending countless hours talking to nurses and clinicians who all shared the same frustration: documentation was taking more time than patient care. Notes were repetitive, fragmented, and often written hours after the actual interaction. Our goal with Logcare was simple: reduce the documentation burden without forcing clinicians to change how they work. We focused on turning conversations and unstructured inputs into clean, structured medical records that actually fit real clinical workflows. Along the way, we learned that accuracy and trust matter more than flashy AI. So we iterated closely with healthcare professionals, refining the product to feel like a quiet assistant rather than another tool to manage.
