Keep customers informed of service prof. arrival times

I can't stand when a company says "someone will arrive between 8am-12." Kills a huge chunk of the day. Locqus alerts customers when their service professionals are actually going to arrive.
@jtriest - I feel you. I'd like to see more B&M/service-based businesses use technology to improve the user experience. @shedd - this might be relevant for you.
