Congrats on the launch! As someone managing a product launch with a million different pieces, this is exactly the kind of app that I need. A static to-do list does NOT capture the panic of a deadline creeping up. Does it let you set milestone checkpoints within a single deadline, or is it more of a start-to-end view?

You’re absolutely right — traditional to-do lists often fail to capture that growing pressure as deadlines approach, and that’s exactly the problem I’m trying to solve with Liquid Deadline. Big congrats on this launch! I think the timeline view is a much better way to feel urgency than a plain checklist. I think all deadlines hit different when you can see time literally running out. Any plans to add recurring deadlines or calendar sync for people managing ongoing projects? I think those features would make this even more valuable. Best of luck!

@simonk123 Thanks so much, Simon — really appreciate the thoughtful feedback! You’re absolutely right: seeing time literally “drain away” creates a very different kind of urgency compared to traditional checklists, and that’s exactly what I wanted to capture. Regarding your question — recurring deadlines and calendar integration are already on the way. I’ve implemented support for recurring tasks, as well as importing calendars via URL or .ics files, so you can sync ongoing projects seamlessly. The update is currently under App Store review, and should be available very soon. Would love to hear your thoughts once you try those features!
