Select a word from the left drop down menu to see an example in a Vice News Segment. Scroll over any of the 1000 most common words to see the variant in 5 other languages. This was a product I designed and my friend built several years ago when I was new to web. I've used over 100 language learning apps. They're all broken. This one is only heuristically slightly better. I've studied about 20+ languages and found that the highest impact came from 3 things: * Subtitles in Good quality memorable news content. * Dual Subtitles one in the desired language and the other in the transliterated desired language. * Vocabulary flash cards do not work well without context. My bahasa didn't get any better til I watched the Raid Redemption. * Searchability. I think @snapstream will be the one to solve this problem in the future, they certainly have access to all the content.
