Lien-Waiver

I built Lien-Waiver after watching contractors drown in paperwork. Quick backstory: In construction, every payment requires a lien waiver - a legal document proving subcontractors got paid. Miss one, and property owners can get hit with liens even after paying in full. It's a $1.4 trillion industry still running on faxes, emails, and "did you get that PDF I sent?" The pain points I kept seeing: Contractors chasing signatures for days (sometimes weeks) Lost waivers buried in email threads Wrong waiver types causing legal headaches Zero visibility into what's been signed vs. pending So I built something simple: create a waiver, send it via email or SMS, get it signed electronically in minutes. Each state has different requirements (California and Texas mandate specific forms) - Lien-Waiver handles that automatically.
