I'd like to know what warranties you give customers @rensongxu in case of faults or damage?

@abadesi We offer repairs or exchange for defective products in China, and we are working with regional repair services suppliers to offer you after-sales service at nearby locations. Please note that exchange will be allowed for defective products only. LeveTop is trying its best to reach consensuses with global repair services suppliers to provide users comprehensive after-sales service. Thank you for your support and love!

Is the 100-200m flight range correct? This number seems very low, especially compared to your other competitors.

@alekplay Yes, the maximal range reached by TI is 100m, its performance is the best amongst other products at the same price; it is the best choice for a rookie pilot! Of course, we believe drone geeks will instantly fall in love with T1 too!

I really hate phone controlled wifi drones. The parrot bebop uses the same method and its range is terrible.

@tomchapin T1 only supports mobile phone control though, our later products may consider using PTZ, so please stay tuned with us!
