LettuceMeet

LettuceMeet

The easiest way to schedule group meetings

Instead of having to preselect time blocks, LettuceMeet lets everyone add their availability on a grid so you can see the slot that best overlaps. It also integrates with Google/Outlook calendar, allowing you to view your events when adding your availability.

Pros: good simple solution, web app, free, user friendly, good color choices Cons: kinda a dad pun ;)
Ryan Hoover
@ben_sterne dad pun = a pro! 😂

@rrhoover Perfect segway to my project that launched today! https://www.producthunt.com/post...

At first I read "LettuceMeat", which is probably another alternative, sustainable food startup.
Hicham Abou-Jaoude
@rrhoover that's a good idea in case we should pivot! 🥗

I’m curious how it compares to Doodle. At first glance it’s way cleaner :-)
Soheil Koushan
Hi @michal_subel! Thanks for the question! With Doodle, the poll creator has to setup specific time blocks (e.g. 9am-10am, 10am-11am) for each day. This can be tedious to set up and problematic when your availability falls between multiple blocks (e.g. 9:30am-10:30am). On LettuceMeet, the creator doesn't have to setup time blocks (just a general range; e.g. 9am-5pm) and users can fill out their availability with more flexibility. We also show a calendar view by default which is easier to fill out than Doodle's table view, especially because we can overlay your Google Calendar in the background! Give it a shot and let us know what you think :)

I think this is very smart and I know for sure a lot of times this would have come in handy for myself. I would have gone all the way with the pun though and called it “Lettuce Meat” 👌
Hasya Shah
@jasonnmyers Thanks Jay! Definitely spent countless hours debating between LettuceMeet and LettuceMeat 😂. We hope you'll be able to use it in the future!

Love the punny name, timely as I have a bunch of groupwork coming up. Email Reminders/Updates could be a potential delighter, to see when people respond!

Pros:

Clean, easy-to-use and just works!

Cons:

Minimalistic feature set might not tailor to all use cases yet

how it use?

Upvoting for the name 🙌 ... But, also, looks like a great product! Well done!

Haha, thanks @jwby!!

@soheilk bookmarked and curated this - wondering if you have Office 365 integration planned?
Gabriel Wong
@soheilk @krishnade Thanks for checking us out! We've received quite a bit of feedback asking for Outlook integration so it's definitely on our radar.

Soheil Koushan
@krishnade we've now added Outlook calendar integration, give it a shot and let us know what you think!
Krishna De
@soheilk Thanks so much for letting me know - looking forward to testing it out
Krishna De
@soheilk BTW you might want to add a privacy statement on the site too especially with impending GDPR - not having it could deter some people using it as it is integrating with calendars and you are collecting personal information
