Legacy Locket by Veritoken

I haven't used it yet, but have signed up for early access on https://veritoken.io/

Pros:

I like the idea of being able to control what happens with my social media profiles after I pass.

Cons:

I think this can be used for more than just as a social profile will.

Looking forward to seeing where this goes!

Pros:

An important new solution to a real world problem / issue for nearly everyone.

Cons:

The general market still needs to become comfortable with blockchain but Veritoken can help move the adaptation forward!

I found Legacy Locket because I'm connected Veritoken's CEO, Ann Ward on every social platform possible. She recently announced the new product and digital legacy is something I'm really curious about. What happens to our profiles when we are no longer here and how will they be preserved (or not) for generations to come? Legacy Locket uses the blockchain to answer these questions and solve a very real problem of our online personas. I can't wait to use this when it's finally live.

I used to run social profile campaigns on Twitter for high touch profiles- mostly music companies and their artists, social influencers, and politicians. I can see how someone might want to protect their profiles after they pass on after having spent so much time building up their audience. It's about time something like this exists, and I can't wait to try it out- I signed up for their early access on https://veritoken.io/

Big issue / problem for nearly everyone and awesome to see this innovative idea and use of blockchain solving a practical need.
