I've used LastMX service a few times to avoid using my personal email and enable some sort of tracking. The product is quite well designed, and every email you receive is tagged (via LastMX) so you know where it came from. I hope the team will launch premium features soon! I would love to have a list as well ;) Can't recommend enough!

@jsmrcaga Thanks again for being part of our early testers πŸ˜ƒ Currently, we like to keep things as simple as possible (no need to create an account), but of course this will have to happen for handling premium subscriptions so at this point we might definitely add a list of the aliases you have created. That’s a great point!

Very intuitive product. I guess angel investors, VC partners and CEOs of companies would love this even more...to prevent spamming and phishing attacks on them

@dennis_yc_sus Thank you! We're indeed talking a lot about website registration, but it makes sense in people-to-people conversations. We've also heard some interest for recruiting, where HR people wanted to avoid their email being shared with too many people.

Hi! πŸ‘‹ We created this product to avoid giving away our private email address. The service allows you to create a unique alias every time you register on a new site and then: - find out if they shared your email to someone else - block unsollicited email by disabling an alias - avoid tracking between sites that share email addresses Our plan is to add premium features such as custom domains, which will allow you to use your own domain for all your aliases. What do you think about this?

Looks amazing! I was looking for something like that. I do not want to give my email to website since I do not trust them to keep it safe (see https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and realize even big companies do leak emails). Quick question though : will I be able to read the emails I receive from my current mail client (thunderbird) or do I have to use lastmx website/app ?
Arthur Puyou
@tom_lee6 Thank you so much for your support! Emails will simply be forwarded to your existing inbox, so you can read them in Thunderbird. You can also reply and emails will go through LastMX so that the sender is rewritten to your alias! All this is done without any setup on your side 🎩

@apuyou very nice, I just tried out and this is so easy : you just need to put your email address on lastmx.com website to get a free alias. Keep up the good work.

Awesome product. Can you tell what's the tech stack you are using ?
Arthur Puyou
@srebalaji Sure, we're using serverless technologies on AWS for this (React app served by CloudFront, Python Lambdas for the backend and DynamoDB for storage) πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

@apuyou cool. What service you are using to receive emails. I mean what smtp service you are using ?
