Why specifically "Men's" workout? Isn't it relevant and beneficial for women too?

@frassmith Hi Fraser, yes, it has benefits for women, but I wanted to focus initially on men as the instructions are different on how to perform Kegel exercises to those for women.

The Apple Watch is the perfect device for this sort of app. I made a simpler version for myself that I used over the past year before deciding to polish it and release for others to use. Let me know what you think and how could be improved.
