What inspired you to build this? The inspiration came from repeatedly seeing teams invest heavily in analytics tools like Tableau, yet still struggle at the final mile of reporting. Despite having powerful dashboards, people were exporting data manually, fixing formats in Excel, and spending hours on tasks that should have been automated. What problem were you trying to solve? We wanted to eliminate the gap between analysis and action. The core problem was that insights lived inside dashboards, but business users needed print-ready, shareable, Excel-based reports. This manual handoff created delays, errors, and dependency on analysts. Our goal was to make reporting truly end-to-end automated. How did your approach evolve during the launch? Initially, we focused on solving the technical challenge of exporting data accurately. As we worked with real users, our approach evolved toward usability, reliability, and real-world workflows—filters, formatting, scheduling, and consistency. The product shifted from a “feature” to a reporting system designed around how businesses actually operate.
