Know Your Inventory

In 2011, I was introduced to Open-to-Buy while managing a department drowning in excess inventory. A consultant taught me how to clean it up and make smarter purchasing decisions. In 2016, I crossed paths with the same consultant at a new job, refining my skills in reading inventory patterns and making multi-month, high-dollar purchasing plans with just a few critical numbers. By combining these skills with KPI data tracking, I became Head of Operations at a struggling business. Within 18 months, we achieved record profits not seen in decades. In 2023, I channeled this experience into creating Know Your Inventory.
