Kiwi is your proactive assistant. It keeps track of what's coming up, your trips, plans, bills and the people in them, and texts you at the right moment. When something needs doing, it does it on any app or website when you say yes. Your Saturday is free: want a plan with the kids? Your flight is delayed: want a car for when you land? Your parcel needs a signature while you're at work: move it to Saturday? It all happens in iMessage or WhatsApp. Free during the pilot.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Aneesh, and I built Kiwi.
Most of us spend more time on our phones than we'd like. It isn't that we want to give up our digital lives: the flights, the bills, the replies and the plans all matter. But each one pulls us back to the screen, again and again.
Most assistants wait for you to ask. Kiwi texts you first, when something needs doing:
• "Your Saturday afternoon is free. Want me to plan something with the kids?" You say yes, pick a plan, and it books the tickets, lunch and the taxi
• "Your flight tonight is delayed an hour, so you'll land at about 1:20. Want me to book a taxi from arrivals?" One yes, and it's waiting when you land
• "Your parcel needs a signature tomorrow and you're at the office until 6. Want me to move it to Saturday?" Say yes, and it's moved
• Before your day starts, a short brief of what's coming, with an offer when something's worth doing
Saying yes is the whole job. Kiwi does the checking, the apps and the websites, and it only tells you something is booked once the company confirms it.
That's the point: your phone is meant to be used for the things that really need you looking at it, and Kiwi is meant to handle the rest. You hear from it when it matters, and it stays quiet when nothing does. It learns what you like as it goes, so its suggestions get better.
That's also why we're building the Kiwi Band, a band for your wrist with no screen. This takes your screen-time reduction goal to the next level. It buzzes when Kiwi needs you, and you answer with a tap or your voice, so your phone can stay in your pocket.
It's free during the pilot.
It always shows the price before booking, never types your card number, and never shows your passwords to an AI. It isn't perfect yet: some sites ask you to prove you're human. Tell me where it breaks.
does it work better for personal tasks or it can help with work related tasks as well?
@kate_ramakaieva
Hi kate. It has your email and calendar, so it helps with both work and personal life admin: it briefs you before meetings, flags the emails that need a reply and sends the ones you ask for.
connecting your enterprise email sometimes works, sometimes doesnt. it depends on your company's IT settings, some let you connect it yourself and some need IT to approve it first
thanks for the answer! one nice to have might be a quiet hours setting so a free saturday idea never lands during a sleep in. can you set that kind of thing by texting it?
@neerajnathany Yes, you can! Just text Kiwi something like “dont send me anything before 10 on weekends” and it’ll stick to that. Even without it, Kiwi tries not to send ideas while you’re likely asleep. It saves them for a better moment. Your Saturday lie-in is safe 😊
If I dismiss a suggestion, can I tell Kiwi to stop suggesting that type of thing without turning off the important alerts?
@michelle_bankas
hi, yes all you need to do is simply tell it. Something like “stop suggesting restaurants” and it remembers that. Everything else keeps coming as normal, and you can always undo the stop you set.
texting you before you ask is a neat angle. how does it decide what's worth a text, does a delayed flight always ping but a free saturday only sometimes?
Hi @neerajnathany
That is pretty much how it would work, yes. A delayed flight always gets a text, because it changes your plans. Plans on a saturday is more of a nice-to-have, so Kiwi only suggests something when it really fits, for example when you haven’t made plans yet. And the more you use it, the better it gets at knowing what you’ll love, and when its best for it to recommend it to you.
@neerajnathany Please share any feature ideas and nice to haves if you have any in mind :)
I like the distinction between asking to book and saying it is booked. Waiting for the actual confirmation matters when somebody is planning around the result.
@oleksii_sekundant
Thanks Oleksii, really glad that stood out! If Kiwi tells you your taxi is booked, you should be able to count on it. Goes the other way too, such that you should be able to trust that it says something is cancelled. I'm improving it everyday to reduce the chances of a false negatives or false positives.
:)
@oleksii_sekundant please let me know if there's any feature which you would expect Kiwi to have, or even be surprised that it would have it
