KiptooIndoorMap is an indoor navigation solution that helps people navigate large indoor spaces like malls, airports, hospitals, and universities. Explore and navigate with ease.

A while ago, I walked into a large building and realized something simple but frustrating: finding your way indoors is still surprisingly hard.
Outdoors, we have incredible navigation tools. Your phone can guide you across cities, countries, even continents. But the moment you step inside an airport, hospital, mall, or large office complex, that navigation suddenly disappears. People start asking for directions, walking in circles, or missing places entirely.
That moment stuck with me.
So I started asking a question: What if indoor spaces were as navigable as streets on a map?
What began as an experiment slowly evolved into a full indoor navigation web platform. I spent countless hours working with floor plans, mapping corridors, connecting levels, and figuring out how to make digital maps actually reflect the complexity of real buildings. Every iteration taught me something new about spatial data, usability, and how people move through spaces.
The goal was simple: make indoor navigation intuitive, accurate, and accessible on the web.
Today I’m excited (and a little nervous 😅) to finally share it here. This project represents a lot of late nights, problem-solving, and curiosity about how digital maps can make physical spaces easier to navigate.
I’d really love to hear your thoughts, feedback, and ideas on where this could go next 🚀
