I've been getting blitzed hard by ads on facebook for this product so started doing some research. I have not in fact tried this product, so my review isn't reflective of the product. It is reflective of the fact that every single person who left a positive review has not reviewed anything else. Most of them also have the exact same account creation date. Pretty clear all the positive reviews are fake. Even the review articles I found online read like paid for advertisements. Whether it works or not I can't say, but the ad campaign is clearly paying for fake reviews which is never a good sign.

It’s been a lot of fun to grab some mixers and garnishes and make my own Kin creations. Cant wait to get my next shipment and see what comes next for Kin!

Pros:

It’s a fun alcohol alternative that actually makes you feel a buzz, without impacting your health. Unique and well rounded botanical taste.

Cons:

It’s great as it is.

Recovering alcoholic ~3 years
@j_d I ordered all the kin products. The cans and both bottles. I’m a recovering alcoholic. When I drink kin products, I feel inebriated. And that scares me. So I looked up their ingredient list and see that addictive ingredients are included. I can’t risk my family, career and sobriety. Relapsing could cost me everything. I dumped all the cans and the 2 bottles down the drain and filled up my recycling bin. I think kin needs to be up front with the potentially addictive qualities of their beverages - even if they only contain small amounts of the addictive ingredients. They clearly don’t understand addiction. This could ruin the future and deeply impact the families of alcoholics in recovery who are unsuspecting and risk relapse by drinking kin.

@stacysmom Hi Stacy, thanks for sharing your story here. I know personally that recovery is a journey that takes up precious energy and a discernment that leaves no margin for error. I think tossing the product was a great idea if that was what was right for you in the moment and I'm happy to send you a refund. Your bliss is my business and I have absolutely zero interest in collecting hard earned money if you didn't love your Kin experience. I am curious which ingredients you're referring to when you say addictive? Kin contains 50 mg of caffeine per serving in High Rhode and Kin Spritz. This is the only known ingredient to cause withdrawals and adverse reaction in excess (more than 300 mg depending on the person). I'd love to be able to help, thank you!

Don’t waste your money on kin-just grab some orange juice-you will feel just as good with that!

I don't drink. So being able to have a cocktail without the alcohol is key, but shirley temples are just sugar and crap. So this makes so much sense and it's well delivered.

Pros:

Flavor. Convenience.

Cons:

Available in my fridge right now.

Thanks Jonathan!! Great to hear your feedback :) more to come

This drink does not taste good. The small amount of nootropics does absolutely nothing.

Pros:

Presentation and packaging

Cons:

Does not make one euphoric. Very expensive drink with no benefits.

I truly didn't feel anything from this. The packaging warns to not consume more than four servings in 24 hours, so I started with one, then another, all the way up to four, in hopes of experiencing its intended effect. I honestly don't think I felt even remotely different... not to mention, it tastes fairly unpleasant. I would return it if I could.

Pros:

Aesthetically pleasing

Cons:

No effect, bad taste

Loved everything about Kin!

The brand voice is smart and creative is beautiful.

Pros:

Caffeine crashes get me extremely hungry and drowsy. With Kin, I don't experience major crashes and chip consumption past midnight.

Cons:

Wish it was available at more bars!

I was skeptical at first and pretty amazed when this product delivered what it promised. Just try it and see for your self - trust me!

Pros:

Everything you want from alcohol - set a vibe, raise the move, stimulate great conversation - with none of the downsides.

Cons:

Would be curious to try more flavors or different formats.

I've tried it using a few different servings sizes and flavor combinations to make it palatable. It tastes like grass and burnt leaves and I don't see how it's 12 servings worth. The first time I tried it, I felt that warm kind of body buzz you get when you first start to feel drunk. I kind of liked it, but it only lasted about 10 minutes and then I felt kind of disoriented and gross. I gave it a chance a few more times and felt nothing. I had such high hopes based on the reviews and thought that even if I didn't feel anything when I took it, then hopefully I'd at least feel good the next day like others had claimed. Last night, I thought I'd give it one more shot since i spent almost $50 on a drink that doesn't even get you drunk. That was a mistake. I didn't really feel anything until about 2 hours later when there was a rumbly in my tummy. I thought I just had done farts trying to find their way out. Like the old adage says; never trust a fart. I went to go sit on the toilet just in case because I didn't want to shart on the couch and deal with that mess. Well let me tell you, I am so glad I'm so distrustful. What came out of me was like a torrential downpour of hot liquid poop. This was beyond diarrhea. This was butt mud. It just kept coming out of me. After about 15 minutes of farts and anal leakage, I went back to watching Netflix. It was bedtime by this point but I decided bed wasn't a safe option because I didn't want to poop in my safe haven. So I stayed up and watched another episode, taking a few potty breaks in between. I pooped so much, my body was literally sore and dehydrated from losing so much liquid. It had been a few hours and I still didn't trust myself to go to bed, so I stayed up watching Netflix in the living room right next to the bathroom. It is early morning and my stomach is still upset, so I made the executive decision not to go to work because I didn't think I could live down a shitty britches nickname. I believe Kin owes me a refund, money I missed out on from not working, compensation for my pain and suffering, and my butthole an apology. All in all, I would not recommend this product at all unless you're making a drink for someone you hate.

Pros:

Literally nothing

Cons:

Make it taste better and make it live up to its claims

I like stuff. And things.

This would be a really cool product if it actually did what it claims to.

Pros:

Alcohol substitute

Cons:

Expensive. Does absolutely nothing. Waste of money

Smart drinker
It would be better if it did anything. I paid $39.00 for a bottle of crap. I’m an avid drinker and after reading reviews (which had to be fake) I had to try this stuff. I ordered it and after about 3 weeks plus it finally came in. It says don’t drink more than 4. I drank all 4 and felt exactly the same as I did before I drank them. Don’t waste your money as this product is 100% fake. It does nothing except take your money.

Have not had anything like this

Pros:

It delivers on taste and experience. It is refreshing. & brings a relaxed calm minful experience

Cons:

Have not experienced any cons

LOVE Kin! It’s a fun non-alcoholic alternative that makes you feel relaxed, present and stimulate great conversation without the hangover, or crash. The flavor is sophisticated, and I like the diversity in how you can mix it; on the rocks or blended as a cocktail.

Pros:

Flavor, Feeling, Experience.

Cons:

Non.

I ordered from this site on January 24th and received an email confirming my order. In the order was a link that said the product would ship sometime mid February. On February 6th I received and email that my product was shipped with a link to track shipping. When clicked, the link said my order was delivered January 31th. I did not receive this product. I contacted kin euphorics about the issue and have been directed to contact my post office about it's delivery and in general been given the runaround, without any hope of a reshipment and accurate delivery of any kind up to this point. I will complete this review once I have more data, but at this time, it seems that this company is promising a difficult product ( intoxication with no side effects ) and is not delivering a product once ordered.

Pros:

Promised a good product

Cons:

sent bad shipping information on product and did not deliver a product ( as of yet, 3 weeks later), but still charged me

Matthew, I'm curious if your order was ever resolved to your satisfaction. I placed an order a month ago (with a confirmed commitment from Kin of shipping within 3 weeks), and it still has not shipped (now 4 weeks). When I inquired last week, I received an email from Jake apologizing for the shipping delay, and indicating that it will be shipped in the next 5 to 12 days. I'm hoping it does and that I receive it without running into the difficulties you experienced.
I received an email today that my order has shipped - will update once arrived
I let the universe guide me. Dog-mom

Finally! A “cocktail “ without the “oh I drank too much “ feeling!!! I recently received my first Kin. After a couple of drinks, one on-the-rocks and one mixed cocktail, my mood was light, calm, and with a slight “buzzed” feeling that lasted about an hour. First impression, “I like it”. Looking forward to further exploration... TBC

Pros:

Botanical, light, and refreshing

Cons:

Nothing to report here yet! New to the product and still testing it out. I did place a second order though 🤷‍♀️😊

My experience was not like many others. I fully realize I could be an outlier, but the taste for me was a deal breaker. I tried at least 4 different mixing combinations using mostly fruit juices and sparkling water. I played with the ratio starting with the recommended amount, and bumping it up a bit on the 3rd and 4th attempts. Admittedly, I don't drink alcohol very often, so my mixology skills are weak for sure. Only other conflct might be that I vape CBD at night to combat insomnia, not sure how that might affect the same brain bits that Kin is also perhaps trying to hit. I definitely would encourage people to try it though, they might have a much different experience. At the price point, I wouldn't keep experimenting for myself but if they come out with a new formula I would certainly try again. I'm a fan of the concept for sure!

Pros:

The packaging is nice!

Cons:

Honestly, I am not sure I felt much of a buzz. The reason I wouldn't keep trying is solely around the taste.

It has a nice fruity flavor and feeds my brain all the right nutrients to create a good mood all day. Wish i could get a lifetime supply.

Stay away! This product has a ton of crazy shit in it. Left me sick for three days. It contains 5HTP which is this chemical ingredient that is designed to increase your serotonin levels. Side effects of 5HTP include heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, drowsiness, nightmares, and muscle problems. It's a balance of uppers and downers. Don't be misled by their trendy branding and millennial speak, this product has some serious ingredients that can mess with your mood and body.
