I don't trust the cloud password managers, because they leak customer data and passwords all the time. So I trade off convenience for more security. This is why I've been using KeePass -> KeePassX -> KeePassXC throughout last 10 years.
KeePassXC is a nice continuation of the line, offering modern cross-platform experience for local password storage. For me the top features are support of multiple platforms (desktop, ios, android, etc.), multiple locking/unblocking methods, and convenient search.
I'm really happy that the community keeps supporting this product and releases updates to it. Keep it up, KeePassXC!

Many people trust KeePassX to protect their passwords and secrets, but aren't aware that it hasn't been updated in many years; the developer basically abandoned the project. I always recommend KeePassXC because it has many important improvements and fixes.
Pros:Based on a trusted codebase, with many improvements and bugfixes
Cons:Perhaps not for unskilled users; manual setup required for multi-device sync
