@jftucci This is such a great idea! Learning language by just reading, writing and just repeating isn’t optimal! Actual conversations must happen and I am definitely trying this. I really wish you all the luck with the platform! This is something we truly need and its soo useful.

This looks amazing @jftucci . I was working on something similar too. I'm curious. How did you find inspiration to build this? Since there are levels of learning languages. I am assuming this is for someone already well versed with grammar and sentence formation. I am curious to know if it helped you learn a language from scratch? Would love to chat in depth if you are up for it.

@fenil_suchak1 for me it was my own need. I am learning Japanese and couldn't get enough practice, and felt a bit shy about making mistakes, so I figured others might be in the same boat! would love to chat more about it

@fenil_suchak1 I think it might be tricker as it is right now for someone starting a language from scratch, admittedly. I think you'd definitely benefit from having a couple basic sentences that you can at least begin to practice with. That said, I have a few ideas to help the 'from scratch' learner use case. I just need to flesh them out a bit more!

Found this pretty useful! Easy to get started, and could be a great learning experience. Do you plan to add more languages like French soon? Also, what do you think of a translate option within the product?

@max_kotin hahah! They get cranky with single words since they are trying to analyze syntax. Responding 'I am Max' or 'my name is Max' will work great. That said, fair point! I can make that more lenient with names, since it is a common use! It is an easy fix Thanks for the feedback!
