I'm a 17-year-old in college from Nigeria 🇳🇬
I'm building Kanji, which is a new way to learn Japanese that feels more like Netflix than school. Most language apps give you drills, streak guilt, and boring grammar. I hated that, so I built something different.
With Kanji , you learn through real sentences, audio, and scenes you can swipe through like a feed. Tap a word to see the meaning, watch it in context, and actually understand how Japanese is used in real life.
I originally built this as an hackathon project because learning felt too much like homework. But after sharing a demo and seeing people react to how fun it looked, I decided to ship it.
