We built a revolutionary recruitment platform that aims to help companies select between candidates when there are a lot of applications coming in. In many industries companies struggle with an overflow of applications when they post a job. We added a phase in the submitting process so that the applicant will have to chat with an AI recruiter for maximum 3 minutes and then finalizing the application. The AI will then put a score on the applicant based in the CV and the interview. The recruiter will also have the opportunity to speak to the AI when postin the job, explaining what competences, personality traits, etc that should be sought for in the specific process.
