A Kanban board is designed to turn a confusing list into a clear action plan by visualizing it in columns. And what's the most confusing and daunting list there is? Your inbox of course! This is exactly why I made KanbanMail. It's really helped me tackle my email, hopefully it will help you too!

You can watch the video to see how it works.

I have been following Ethan for some time now building KanbanMail and all I can say is if I still used Google or Microsoft services for mail I would be using it today for everything!

πŸ‘‹ Hey Product Hunt! I've been creating KanbanMail for the last three months and I'm super excited to share it with you, I've put thousands of hours into it and it's finally paying off! I started using Kanban boards (like Trello) to organize my tasks midway through last year. I quickly fell in love with their ability to visualize the status of all my tasks. It took a scary to-do list and made it so much more manageable. πŸ’‘ One day I realized that the one of the most daunting and confusing lists in our lives is our inbox. And I thought that Kanban could help fix it! πŸ“… I made a few very basic prototypes of KanbanMail late last year, but I really only started working on it properly in June. Since then I've worked on it nearly every day, and have been doing it 100% transparently since early July! πŸ‘€ Here is KanbanMail's Makerlog page, where you can see every single thing I've done on KanbanMail, from first getting emails from the Gmail API to making my first $ in revenue to launching on Product Hunt today! πŸ€‘ You can also check out my /open page here, it should be auto-updating throughout the day! πŸ“£ To learn more about the story of KanbanMail (including getting to #1 on Hacker News during the first day in beta), you can read this interview that I did not long ago. πŸ’° KanbanMail is $8/month, but that's not much compared to the time it will save you! You can have a 7 day free trial to see if it's your thing. Feel free to ask me any questions about the product or the development process below! I remember Kanban Mail when it was blown up on HN with 300 votes and it was only a landing page. And finally, it's launched today! Kanban mail is a great example of how you can start wit a clear idea. Congrats man!
