Over the last year weβve been working crazy hard to create the productivity app youβve been looking for. The one designed to give you great days, to feel accomplished at the end of the day, on both personal and professional projects.

Β Why we built Kairn

Between putting out fires all day long, non-stop updating tools with notifications, and feeling no progress at the end of the day thereβs something clearly wrong!
Weβre a team of 6 set on a mission to help you and your team achieve your goals every-single-day. We want you to feel great at the end of the day, and wake up with even more drive.
Project management tools are great for roadmap but donβt translate into our day-to-day, forgetting all the pings, and our own priorities. To-dos are fairly useless except for grocery π
. And remote has made work βdistributedβ = mentions and comments from all apps... Itβs a huge mess and everyone ends up π€―.
Thatβs why weβre building Kairn, coz we believe thereβs a better way.

Kairn is a daily project management app designed for users and powered for teams. We help you progress every-single-day on what really matters.
Oh and weβre the best productivity app for mac users, (thatβs what our users say β€οΈ, sorry Windows users weβll get to you one day too).

We built Kairn around 3 pillars:
Centralize all that is asked of you easily
Capture tasks from any apps, any website with a shortcut so you never defocus (macOS app). Our integrations (cool API π€Β happy to talk techy) automatically create tasks for you in Kairn when you get mentioned on a tool. When a teammate tags you on a Notion task, it's automatically added onto your Kairn. Magic β¨
Prioritize your time to mix projects + the daily rush.
Kairn is built to coordinate all your projects from personal, individual, or collaborative scope. We want to help you find the 20% of effort that does 80% of the work. Our views help you find what needs your immediate attention. Productivity is a personal matter so you can organise your days with frameworks that fit you, and then switch to projects made for teams when needed.

With our apps and two-way integrations, you can create super-fast or retrieve tasks from the tools you use, share the load and update your teammates about your progress. Using Kairn for many months now ! What a great task manager , simple as a notepad , integrated with my notion and slack channel. A smooth and simple experience , make me feel the first time I've used an Iphone , "why this simplicity doesn't exist before NOW?" Very exicted to see what Kairn will give us in the next weeks .

Cashews for iOS & Android ?makers Love the way it looks. And congrats on the launch! But whatβs the biggest advantage/feature using it vs established ones, such as Asana or ClickUp?

Hey @galaxyx7, if you use a Mac, the quick Capture is the fastest way to create a task, with context, a link that takes you back to the app you want to focus to achieve your mac. Else we have Slack and Notion integrations to help you in your workflow

Then our Mac app is definitely the biggest advantage worth trying @galaxyx7. Asana and ClickUp provide tons of complex features that can create an experience with a lot of friction. If you use Notion we sync to-do list items 2-way between Notion & Kairn, if you always get tagged on multiple documents, it helps a lot!
