Make healthy habits fun! Complete your daily routine, build a house—day by day. Stick with it, and each month you’ll build a brand new island. Explore expert-designed, simple challenges that help you build lasting habits—one step at a time.

The concept is fantastic but how does the app maintain its fun factor without making the habit building process feel like a distraction?
@olivia_johnston1 Hi, thank you so much for the feedback! 😊 Let me share a bit of my own "user experience".
Right now, I’m tracking 12 habits daily. Since I’ve been doing them for quite a while, they’ve become pretty automatic. I already know I should take a cold shower every morning, get 8 hours of sleep, wear my red glasses before bed, and so on.
So, as a user, I usually only open the app in the evening – that’s when I get the satisfying moment of checking off all the tasks and building a new house on the island.
At the same time, the thought of leaving the house unfinished usually pushes me to complete even the tasks I really don’t feel like doing that day. 😅
Great potential. Is there a way to monitor long-term progress or milestones to see how much someone has achieved over several months?
@noah_ortiz Hi, thank you so much! 😊 In the current version of the app, users can see how many houses they’ve already built — which reflects how many days they successfully followed their daily plan — and how many more they need to unlock the next island level.
They can also scroll through previous months to compare how well they stuck to their daily plans and track how their discipline has evolved over time.
In future versions, we’d love to add a visual overview showing all the houses a user has built since they started using the app — a kind of long-term progress showcase. 😊
Impressive launch.
Does the app provide any guidance for developing mental wellness habits too or is it primarily focused on physical health routines?
@matthew_flores1 Hi, thank you so much for the kind words! 😊 In the current version of the app, we offer the following challenges:
Sleep – guiding users through the basics of healthy sleep habits
Digital Minimalism – helping users develop a more mindful relationship with technology
Introduction to Healthy Nutrition
Strength Training
Cardio Training
Introduction to Meditation
Cold Exposure Basics
Fruits & Vegetables – encouraging users to add more variety and sufficient amounts of fruits and veggies to their diet
We’re planning to add more challenges over time. Right now, we’re working on: a Gratitude Journal challenge a Breathwork challenge.
So yes, in addition to physical health, we also support habits that promote mental well-being. 😊
@vojtech_vlk Are the habit challenges designed to be flexible for users who want to tackle multiple new habits at once, or is it more effective to concentrate on one step at a time?
@matthew_phillips4 Hi, thanks for the question! In our experience, most users can comfortably handle 2–3 challenges at the same time. Each challenge is designed so that users typically have no more than about 3 tasks per day on average. Some challenges only include tasks on certain days of the week — for example, in the Strength Training challenge, users start with just two workouts per week and gradually work their way up to four. So it also depends on which challenges are combined. But if a user prefers to go through the challenges one at a time, that’s even better — it allows them to fully focus on one specific change they want to integrate into their life. 😊
Congrats on the launch. I really like how you've gamified building habits, it's great!
@joshh_founder Hi, thank you so much — and best of luck with your launch! Obserra looks really interesting! 😊
