Get ready for a massive upgrade! This version transforms "Is It Down?" from a simple status checker into a lightweight monitoring powerhouse. We've rebuilt the core experience and added powerful features for both casual users and developers. What's New: Status History & Performance Charts: Don't just see the current status and the past! Tap on any site to view a beautiful 24-hour response time chart and a log of recent up/down events. Instantly spot performance issues and historical outages. Organize with Groups: Is your list getting long? You can now assign sites to custom groups (e.g., "Work Projects," "Client Sites," "APIs"). The main panel is now neatly organized by group, making it easier than ever to manage your list. Consolidated Menubar Mode: For users monitoring many sites, enable "Consolidated Mode" in Settings. This cleans up your menubar by showing a single, smart icon: green if all sites are up, red if at least one is down. Detailed Error Reporting: When a site is down, right-click to see the specific technical error message (e.g., "A server with the specified hostname could not be found."). Perfect for quick diagnostics. Modernized Checking Engine: We've completely rewritten the network checking logic using modern async/await for better performance and reliability. Smarter Notifications: You will now only receive a notification when a site's status changes from "Up" to "Down," preventing annoying repeat alerts. UI & Performance Polish: The entire app has been refined for a smoother, faster, and more intuitive experience. Thank you for your continued support! We're excited to hear what you think of this major update.
