So with INVBot, you can: 📸 Scan handwritten or printed bills using AI 🧾 Instantly convert them into professional digital invoices 📦 Automatically update inventory stock 🎨 Use custom invoice templates suited for different businesses During development, the biggest challenge was making the product simple enough for non-technical users, while still keeping the AI accurate and reliable. I iterated heavily on OCR quality, invoice extraction logic, and UX to reduce manual effort as much as possible. INVBot is built with a focus on real-world small businesses, especially in markets where digital adoption is still growing.
