We're actually in the process of launching a new product that effectively acts as a 'tips as a service', enabling you to create tips and user journeys externally and then drop in a basic JS script into your site to have them appear. Not sure if this would be of interest to anyone... just thought i'd share as there seem to be a number of free tip libraries being released at the moment. An interesting space i feel.
