Hey Kevin thanks for the hunt. The idea behind interbot is, when an agent answers a ticket on the helpdesk, at times they may need help from their teammates. With, the team is just a click away to help the agents with their support tickets. The team can answer the agent questions from Slack and they can have a real time chat with their team inside the helpdesk. The team can reply from Slack so they don't have to switch tabs and whenever they open a ticket, the same chat that they had on that ticket stays, helping them to maintain context around the conversation. helps you to answer your tickets faster and in real-time with the help of your team in Slack. We have integrated with Zendesk and will be integrating with and other apps soon. Would love to hear your feedbacks on this.
