Intelli Warranty

We built Intelli Warranty after seeing how fragmented, manual, and opaque warranty management still is for many OEMs. Warranty teams were juggling spreadsheets, outdated systems, and disconnected processes, making it difficult to control costs, detect fraud, recover supplier claims, or gain meaningful insights from warranty data. We noticed that warranty was often treated as a back-office cost center rather than a strategic function that could improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Decisions were reactive instead of data-driven, and valuable feedback from claims never made its way back to engineering or suppliers. Intelli Warranty was created to solve this gap. Our goal was to build an end-to-end, transparent, and intelligent warranty management platform that automates the entire claims lifecycle, prevents revenue leakage, and turns warranty data into actionable insights. We wanted OEMs to spend less time managing complexity, and more time improving products and customer trust.
