In the aftermarket, we saw OEMs struggling with limited visibility into secondary sales, frequent order errors, and heavy dependence on manual processes and field sales teams. Distributors and retailers relied on outdated catalogs, phone calls, and spreadsheets, leading to delays, mis-orders, and lost genuine parts sales. We built Intelli Commerce to digitize and simplify this entire process. Our goal was to empower secondary sales networks with a smart, mobile-based platform that makes part search, ordering, and tracking fast, accurate, and transparent, while giving OEMs the control and insights they need to grow their aftermarket business.
