Peer feedback has been instrumental in our career growth but traditional feedback mechanisms are slow, cumbersome, and outdated. Annual or semi annual feedback cycles are WAY TOO slow. Arcane HR software makes the feedback process difficult, frustrating and ineffective. We wanted to improve on this process by making feedback part of the everyday conversation, and since much of the conversation lives in Slack, we wanted to enable real time, continuous feedback for everyone. Love that this is integrated well within Slack. I have already been a using a few Slack based tools including Kudos that are more focussed on celebrating great individual work. Inkrement sounds like a great way to make feedback more real-time unlike traditional monthly/quarterly appraisals

The integration with Slack is seamless. I've been using it with my team and am really happy to be able to collect and provide, quick feedback on pretty much anything. It has helped me inspect and improve on topics that otherwise would've taken months to discuss or never even been brought up. Additionally, being able to give praise to others and celebrate them and their accomplishment is a key part of the process. Keep it up! Looking forward to see new features.

This solution to regular peer feedback sounds super promising, I love how you have seamlessly integrated it into Slack. I look forward to using this in the future.

I've been able to use Inkrement for the last couple of months and it has been a great toolset in our engineering team. We have used it contniously to improve and encourage team feedback and integrating Inkrement into our quarterly review process has been seamless by being able to export all past feedback as csv. Would recommend to team of all sizes!
