I built ImportHub because I kept seeing the same problem in every company I worked with: importing is far more complicated than it needs to be. Documents scattered across emails, confusing HS codes, unpredictable duty/VAT, customs delays, and no central place to manage the workflow. SMEs were constantly firefighting instead of running a smooth process. I wanted to create something simple, a workspace that makes importing clearer, more organised, and easier to manage. I started by breaking the import process into practical steps and writing guides in plain English. From there, the idea grew into tools for document organisation, shipment tracking, workflow clarity, and a Knowledge Hub full of practical guidance. ImportHub is still early, but the goal remains the same: help UK businesses import with confidence, without the stress or guesswork.
