Iconic Rhymes

Hey everyone :) I'm Chucho, and I built Iconic Rhymes because I couldn't find a simple app to rap about random stuff as I wanted. 🎤 What is it? A simple web app that gives you random emoji prompts, lets you record your rap, and share it. No complicated features, no accounts needed (maybe at some point though). 🛠️ The Stack: • React frontend with Tailwind CSS • Python/Flask backend • Web Audio API for recording 💡 Why I built it: I started listening to rap battles back when COVID was a thing and wanted to try freestyling myself. I needed random topics to rap about and a simple way to record and share. Emojis are fun, visual, language agnostic, and can create interesting combinations. 🙏 Would love your feedback on: • Recording features you'd find useful • Any bugs or issues you encounter • Honestly, anything about the app Thanks for checking it out!
