The funneling system is a great idea - focused, small and manageable changes may be all you can do when you're down. There's something stoic about it.
Personally, I'd love a little facelift - change of typeface, some alignment of the text and colour change. But its a great project!

This is much more full featured than I was expecting based on the video. It goes past just the typical "Have you slept enough" and "Try going outside" advice you see commonly for depression
Very interesting..but seems like you reached the therapist question very quickly..you can add more questions, maybe pics or animation or old movie clips.. funny or comforting, depending on the answer..it looks like a good idea, a lot can be done, hope you will make it more :)
