I’ve spent years working closely with MedTech manufacturers through my agency, Valora. Time and again, I saw the same broken pattern: brilliant companies with world-class products were essentially 'flying blind' the moment their stock left the warehouse. I’d sit in meetings with Sales Directors who were trying to make million-pound decisions using data that was 60 days old, pulled from 20 different 'Final_v2' spreadsheets. Seeing that 'Information Lag' happen in real-time at the highest levels of MedTech is what made Hylos a necessity, not just an idea.
