Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Chris, and I made Honeydew because meal planning in my house was... let’s just say not great. My wife saves a million recipe screenshots from social media, I can never find the right bookmark in my cookbooks, and we seem to always forget the one key ingredient we actually need. So I decided to fix it. Honeydew turns all those screenshots, photos, and random recipes into organized meal plans, grocery lists, and easy-to-follow recipes. I’ve tried other recipe apps, but importing recipes felt clunky (if it even worked), and they were either missing super obvious features (like one-tap substitutions or handling multi-photo recipes) or they were just too complicated. I wanted something simple, focused, and actually useful. With Honeydew, you can: 🍳 Snap a photo or upload a screenshot—boom, recipe imported 🛒 Auto-generate grocery lists and meal plans without lifting a finger 🤖 Substitute ingredients with one tap (because who always has saffron lying around?) It started as a project for my wife and me to stop arguing over dinner, but now it’s something I hope can help anyone dealing with the same headaches. Would love to hear what you think or what features would make it even better. And what’s the most annoying thing about meal planning for you? Let’s commiserate.
